The purpose of this review is to let Bodywyse know that despite employing polite decent people. They must improve their service quality. The work on my car to be done involved (1) Replacement of the mirror (2) scratches on driver side. This was noted on the day bodywyse my car was collected. After almost 12 days the car is returned with mirror nicely replaced. But no work was done to paint the scratches away on the driver side. The bodywyse guy who brought my car noted too that no work was done to get rid of scratches. When I called Bodywyse, I was told they can't do anything about it, because nobody told them anything about the scratches. Well, whether all this shoddy customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth, or not. However, surely its time for Bodywyse to improve on what they do to ensure customer service.

Been waiting 8 weeks for my accident damaged car to be repaired and have now been told they cannot honour the allocated date for return of my car. Instead of it being returned today as promised, Im now told it will be next week sometime. This company operate on a very chaotic basis. When I went to pick up my courtesy car, it took them 25 minutes to find it as no one knew where it was! I phoned them for information on the return of my car only to be told they had still to order parts and, as it was near the end of the month (March), the parts would not be ordered until the 1st if April . No - I dont get that one either! Desperate to get my car back as Im totally fed up of driving around in the Noddy-esque courtesy car I was given. This particular workshop was chosen by my insurers but I would not recommend them to anyone
