The Fife catalogue was delivered in the post in September! We have since purchased a ladies blouse, men's rugged jumper and body warmer, all online. All excellent quality and delivery as promised.
Tried to order some boots supposed to be free delivery but 4.95 added. Tried to contact sales and customer service on the phone, neither successful. Sent two e mails that after an hour were unanswered. They even expect you to pay postage if you need to return anything.Not exactly inspiring confidence!
Hard to find in such a small but quaint village, but what a find when you get there. Friendly staff, quirky layout, quality products, with bargains to be had. If you like quality clothing in an unique environment I highly recommend Fife Country.
Went to change a pair of shoes which the staff were very helpful and friendly to do and I was wanting or here bits of clothes but did not have in my size but phoned your other store which put the items to the side.Great shopping experience and friendly staff in both shops .Will be back to visit both shops
