extremely disappointed with their service, after calling up for my girlfriend who has severe mental health issues and cant mancant manage to make her own appointments...i was asked by the denist if my girlfriend was over the age of 18 and when i said that she was i was than told ratherly coldly and rudely that she was quite capable of making her own appointments and when i explain and said she was sitting there ready to confrim that i had premisson to make the appointment the lady on the phone didnt give a care and said said yeah whatever bye and hung up on me....i get to some severe anxiety isnt a decent excuse but what if my girlfriend was disabled or deaf or even mute? this dentest needs to care more about their patients...very very disappointed..
