They're help is great but every possible way of being able to contact them is a nightmare I sadly mumble a lot so it's easier for me to write then talk.

Not best of environments was in with bunch of drug addicts and east Fife seems to be answer put you in hospital at first sign of illness was kicked off stepps course in community and pushed to far to recovery or in for a week n put back out no single rooms your in ward bays and every night I was kept awake and day no sleep by patients speaking so no place to go I was very I'll n depressed n couldn't wait to get out fealt more suicidal in place than did out not good environment and no communication between cpns n in patient nurses only good two nurses here was amy n Theresa who seen I should not have been admitted as it was detrimental to me was put on wrong medication n took very bad reactions took months to get meds right hell n back there is no help or resources as in patient it's not good environment. You could be in here long enough I had to go out or in foyer to just hear my own thoughts whytamans brae was better. Nice wee cafe in strath though n as I say Theresa n Amy two nice nurses. But not place for an anxious severely depressed patient they need to stop that putting ppl in its the dark ages

My Grandma Greta Rolland stayed in the dementia ward for the best part of 4 years and in my opinion were fantastic for her during her struggle. She was moved out to a carehome twice briefly and the final time she passed away within a matter of weeks. All the nurses that knew her turned up to the funeral and were very compassionate towards myself and the rest of the family. The nurses on that ward deserve a medal for the fantastic job they do. If any of you ever read this then Id like say a massive THANK YOU.

I had a resonably good experince at stratheden I really recomend nurses cathren Pammie, theresa, Kerreine, Linda, Kerry. They were superb down everythig for me!! ! Other nurses on the other hand not them all but some of there attitudes were terrible! Towards myself and other paicents. I found the service helpful but some of the staff need sorted out at the end of the day u need to have empathy and understanding whilst being a nurse knowing 3 years or more from experience! Fair enough having qualifications but u need a heart! Oh and as I forgot to mention the doctors are hellish! They don't have a flamming clue what they are doing and I did NOT have a good experience with them! Be however that's ny opinion!

absolutely a shocking hospital during my stay. poor level of care.my fiancee has e.mailed them twice and has written to them regarding a complaint he made and have heard nothing. are they hiding anything? why know reply?
