Eric recently repaired my great grandfather's pocket watch. Other jewellery/watch repair places had been unable to repair it due to it needing an obsolete part replaced, but Eric was able to make the part from scratch. The service was first class and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a complex watch repair carried out.
