The Peat Inn continues to offer high standard dining in a relaxed and comfortable restaurant. The lunch menu is excellent value for money with numerous extras included.
Michelin star restaurant, of course the food is awesome. Its way off the beaten track, pretty much the middle of nowhere. Parking can be a problem, but the food is worth it.
Incredible food and service which is almost otherworldly. The waiting staff appear as soon as you need them before disappearing into the ether. The set lunch for 25 is amazing value and frankly if you don't go try it at least once you're a fool to yourself.
An absolute gem! We attended and had the 6 course tasting menu with the paired flight of wines. The ambience was perfect, the staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgable.The food and wines were absolutely first class and fine dining at its finest. A totally absorbing and indulgent experience.
Dinner with a diverse group of 20+. Service was exceptional. Courses delicious. One pre was marginal - beef on cracker with blue cheese(?). Textures and presentation very nice but flavors not as well defined as other dishes. Overall, quite excellent. Wine selections nicely paired.
